Terrible experience. I don't know who else to contact, no one answers but only a robot on the platform. I bought 6 items for 54.90 and only 2 items arrived. Everything documented with photos and videos. But no one from customer service helps you. No one answers on the platform. Only automatic responses with the virtual assistant. I don't know how to solve this problem, and they don't even allow me to request a refund. I will contact the authorities and the consumer protection office. Dooooo not trust them. They don't send the right merchandise and take money for missing items. And after all, you can't contact anyone to resolve it. 2 items. One for 9 and one for 11. The ones you see in the photo I paid 6 for. Look at the photos.

The little figures are nice but don't get them for the scent because they don't smell.
