📦 Receipt and Warranty
1. Unpacking Inspection: Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If any damage is found, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photos, and submit an after-sales application through the platform within 7 days. Minor scratches caused during transportation are not covered under warranty.
2. Warranty Coverage: Normal wear and tear parts (such as tires, brake pads, etc.) are not covered under warranty.
3. Battery Maintenance: Please fully charge the battery immediately upon receipt, and it is recommended to charge it once a week to maintain battery health.
