The Hayabusa Ver.7 is the latest model in the flagship Hayabusa series as of 2024 (released in October 2024). While inheriting the popular V6 body, it now comes standard with a tsuba (handguard) part and a square shaft, making it easier to attempt high-difficulty tricks.
SpinGear has developed this throwing ball using CNC machining of POM resin, based on feedback from players.
With its high rotational precision and uniquely designed square shaft, it maintains its rotation even when resting on the hand, easily gripping the string and making it ideal for advanced techniques involving long, complex movements. Highly recommended.
This spinning top is for advanced users, and because the tip of the axle is pointed, it's not suitable for beginners. It's also heavy and difficult to spin, so we recommend the Swallow or Skylark for beginners.

This is the Hayabusa V7, the 2024 model of the flagship Hayabusa spinning top. SpinGear developed this spinning top using CNC machining of POM resin, based on feedback from users. The V5 features an adjusted body shape, raising the center of gravity by approximately 2mm and increasing the incline, making it easier to wrap the string. It can properly wrap a 3mm string, allowing for more wraps and easier rotation. The square axle adopted from the V4 and V5 is retained, and it is now compatible with the separately sold "tsuba" (guard) part. This part secures the knot of the string, which is different from the cap. Because the center of gravity is higher, it is easier to tilt, making it easier to perform tricks that start from the hand. However, it is not ideal for long spins, and it is difficult to appreciate its advantages if you cannot properly generate rotation. If you mainly spin it on the ground, we recommend choosing the older V3 version, which offers more stability and allows you to fully experience the advantages of the Hayabusa. This model is more likely to be appreciated by advanced users. Although the same drawing is used, the dimensions of the inner part of this batch are slightly smaller, making it difficult to attach conventional parts such as 48mm diameter kodachi (short swords) directly. If you want to attach them, you will need to use sandpaper, etc.
Try filing it down a little, widening the inside, checking the dimensions, and then attaching it. Product specifications: One spinning top string (3.5mm) is included. Minor color unevenness and white spots may occur during the color mixing of the POM resin. White may have color unevenness that occurs when mixing paint into the resin, and blue may have the aforementioned white spots. Black in particular has many scratches, but to avoid price increases, those that do not have problems rotating are treated as good quality products.
