[Two attachment/detachment methods to choose from] Screw-in mode is available by screwing it directly onto the lens without using the adapter ring, while magnetic mode is available by attaching the included magnetic lens adapter [ELA] to the lens for instant attachment and detachment/exchange. It is compatible with conventional H&Y magnetic filters, and can be used to exchange or stack various magnetic filters such as CPL and night filters, and the included adapter ring, step-up ring [MA] and lens cap [LC] can still be used.
【Ideal GND Coating】The neutral and even GND coating achieved through vacuum deposition allows for use without worrying about color shift (color distortion). It is ideal for adjusting exposure. The glass is made of high-quality German-made SCHOTT B270 glass, and precise polishing maintains high flatness, ensuring that the lens's original performance is not compromised even when used in combination with other lenses. The low-reflection coating minimizes flare and ghosting even in scenes with strong light sources.
[Differences in operation depending on the mounting method] In screw-in mode, the effect is adjusted by rotating only the front part of the double frame, just like a conventional screw-in PL filter. In magnetic mode, the entire double frame is rotated without having to think about the individual frame. The frame uses a strong permanent magnet and is made of A6063 aluminum, which is strong and corrosion-resistant.
[H&Y's In-House Production] Featuring a stain-resistant, water-repellent, and scratch-resistant nano-coating (double-sided coating), high flatness achieved through HD polishing technology, German SCHOTT B270 glass, and a thin frame design that minimizes vignetting even with wide-angle lenses, H&Y covers all the necessary features for the latest equipment at a high level.
