How to Use

1. Gently lift your eyelid with your finger, hold the eyeliner upright, and draw a line filling in the gaps between your eyelashes. 2. Draw a line from the outer corner to the center. 3. Then, draw a line from the inner corner toward the center, connecting with the line from step 2. 4.
