Issue with detached flower heads:
If a flower head detaches during shipping, simply pick it up, locate the corresponding stem, and reattach it by inserting it directly.
Issue with deformed flower heads and leaves:
If flower heads or leaves become misshapen during shipping, one method is to lightly dampen them with a clean, wet cloth and then gently dry them with a hairdryer to restore their original shape (if using hot air, do not hold the dryer too close).
A second method is to manually reshape the flowers and place them in a vase; they will typically return to their original shape gradually over 7–10 days.
Regarding bent stems:
For some flowers, the stems are folded in half due to their length. Since the stems contain flexible internal wire, you can simply straighten them out; this will not damage the flower.
