Our original [Fujiyadai Kogei] bentō box, a curved wooden box finished in Japan, now features a cat design.

Characteristics of a curved wooden bentō box: ・Rice stays fluffy and doesn’t harden easily, and excess moisture is absorbed for a pleasant texture. ・Simply packing your meal into the box instantly elevates the presentation, making it look more luxurious! ・It’s very lightweight, making it easy to carry. ・Compared to plastic bentō boxes, it’s less prone to moisture buildup, which helps keep your lunch fresh.

About finishing in Japan… To improve quality, bentō boxes finished with urethane coating at our cooperating factory in China undergo final adjustments and further urethane coating at our workshop.

・Our curved wooden bentō boxes are finished in Japan after being imported. We use paint that is certified to meet food hygiene standards for safety and peace of mind. Finishing in Japan allows us to offer a more durable, high-quality product at a reasonable price.

Regarding Care: Gently wash with a mild detergent and wipe away moisture with a dry, clean cloth. Then, allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area (place face up when drying).

Before Purchasing: Please note that you cannot use this product in the microwave, dishwasher, or dryer. (Using it in the refrigerator or warmer may also damage the bentō box.)

【About the Divider】 The divider is made slightly smaller than the main body to prevent damage from wood expansion and contraction. Please pack rice or other items first, then add the divider.

【About the Lid】 Like the divider, the lid is also made slightly larger to prevent damage to the main body. There will be about a 1cm gap between the lid and the body, which is intentional. When carrying the bentō box, please use a lunch band.

【About the Wood Grain】 As this product is made of natural wood, the wood grain will vary from piece to piece compared to the sample photograph. The grain and color will be diverse. Please understand this as part of the natural charm.
