Microlife MT 710 Thermometer

A beep indicates readiness and the completion of the measurement. The thermometer remembers the last measurement result. After the measurement is complete, if not turned off, it automatically turns off to extend battery life.

The thermometer has a replaceable battery. A graphic icon indicates when the battery needs replacing.

Measurement methods (basal body temperature):

Oral (35.5-37.5°C) - the thermometer should be placed under the tongue, on the right or left side of the mouth. The measuring probe must have good contact with the tissue. Furthermore, the mouth should be closed – we breathe through the nose.

Approximate measurement time: 30 seconds. Rectal (36.6-38.0°C) - This method provides the most accurate results, especially for infants and children. Carefully insert the measuring probe approximately 2-3 cm into the rectum.

Axillary (34.7-37.3°C) - For a more reliable result, oral or rectal measurement is recommended. The minimum recommended measurement time is 3-5 minutes, regardless of the initial beep.
