How to use: Do not use until thoroughly diluted with water. Mix: 1. Pour the contents of the David (4oz) refill concentrate (Part A) into the David (empty) reusable 16oz mouthwash container (Part B). 2. Pour enough water to fill the remaining portion of the mouthwash bottle to the neck. Replace the cap and shake to mix. (After mixing above) 1. After brushing and flossing, pour a cup of water into the cap, swish it in your mouth for 30 seconds, and then spit it out. 2. Replace the cap, gargle for 30 seconds, and then spit it out. Use twice daily.
