Directions: Pour the entire contents of the refill concentrate into a ShakeBean 16oz refill bottle. Fill the rest of the 16oz bottle with purified water. Close the lid and shake gently to mix. After brushing and flossing, pour a cup of water into the lid, swish the contents in your mouth for 30 seconds, and then spit it out. 2. Replace the lid, gargle for 30 seconds, and then spit it out.
